YHWH Promising to Come to Earth Personally
Certainly Adonai YHWH does nothing without first revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.
Amos 3:7
For behold, YHWH is about to come out from His Place.
Isaiah 26:21

This is such an exciting topic! I have already seen so much concerning this topic in Exodus, Isaiah, Ezekiel, and John, but I will need to examine much more material, and then edit and organize it. To whet the reader's appetite, I upload one stunning promise for now.
MALACHI 3:1
The Final Warning before the Intertestamental Silence
Look, I am about to send my messenger, who will clear the way before Me.
In surprise The Lord will come to His Temple,
whom you are seeking,
yea the messenger of the covenant
whom you are longing for.
Look for The [One who is] Coming," says Yahweh Commander of Hosts.
The first messenger was John the Baptizer, who would clear the way before Yahweh [» John 1:23, quoting Isaiah 40:3-5 where the path should be made straight and the path cleared before Yahweh].
The second messenger, the Messenger of the New Covenant, was The Lord who would surprisingly come to His Temple—Jesus, who the New Testament also identifies as "The One Who is Coming/Came (Into the World)" at least 12 times [John 1:9, 3:17, 3:31, 6:14, 11:27, 12:46, 16:28, 18:37; 1 Tim 1:15; 1 John 4:2, 5:6; 2 John 1:7]. The Hebrew for "The Coming/The One who is coming" is the participle בָא, which could produce either translation.
The book of the prophet Malachi, the final prophet before 400 years of Intertestamental Silence, ended 23 verses later.
The people of God were told.
God decided to fulfill prophecy by coming twice. The first time it was in mercy. The next time He comes, He will fulfill the promises of Isaiah and Malachi by coming in judgment.
