The Kabod Yahweh     

Fills the Earth ⇒ [4x] Num 14:21; Ps 72:19; Isa 6:3; Hab 2:14. 

Num 14:21 ⇒ YHWH: "As surely as I live and The Kabod YHWH fills the earth…." 

Filled Solomon's Temple  [2x] 1 Kgs 8:11; 2 Chr 7:1–3.

The Son    

John 1:16 Believers receive gifts from His fullness.
Col 1:19
All God's fullness dwelled in The Son.
Col 2:9
In The Son, all the fullness of deity resides bodily.

The Father, The Son, and The Spirit

Eph 3:16–19 According to the wealth of The Father's glory, The Spirit strengthens

the believer and The Son dwells within the believer’s heart through faith. This is called The Fullness of God (τὸ πλήρωμα τοῦ θεοῦ).


Certain Believers in the 1st Century     

Luke 1:15 John the Baptizer was filled with The Holy Spirit, even before birth.
Luke 1:41–45
Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptizer, was filled with The Spirit in

order to proclaim vv.42–45.

Luke 1:67–79 Zechariah, father of John the Baptizer, was filled with The Spirit in

order to proclaim vv.68–79.

Acts 2:4 The Twelve were filled with The Holy Spirit on Pentecost and spoke in

tongues, so that many pilgrims in Jerusalem heard their message in his own language.

Acts 4:8–12 Peter was filled with The Spirit in order to proclaim vv.8–12.
Acts 4:31
Peter and John’s audience was filled with The Spirit after their prayer

for them, just after being released by the Sanhedrin.

Acts 6:3 ⇒ Certain mature men “full of the Spirit” were to be chosen as deacons.
Acts 7:55 ⇒ Stephen as he was about to be stoned, and saw Jesus at the Right of


Acts 9:17 Paul was filled with The Spirit, and then his blindness was reversed.

Acts 11:24 ⇒ Barnabas, a good man full of The Holy Spirit and faith.

Acts 13:9 Paul, despite already being filled with The Spirit, was perhaps filled

with a special outpouring of The Spirit, and pronounced a malediction upon the magician Elymas. Elymas was struck blind.

Acts 13:52 ⇒ Disciples.


The Church     

Eph 1:23a The fullness of God.
